All online orders are processed for shipping within 2-3 business days.
We will send you an email with tracking details as soon as your artwork has been dispatched, delivery may times vary depending on courier and country.
UK – 1 - 2 days, via Royal Mail or a UK courier service.
Europe – Allow for 5 - 10 days for Air Mail within the EU.
Worldwide – Expect delivery within 10 to 14 days.
Please note, all shipping quotes are exclusive of import duties or taxes, which vary depending on country of delivery, and cannot be advised by Dockside Gallery.

Where a bespoke delivery quote is required, we will contact you following your online purchase to discuss delivery options. We will make recommendations based on the individual piece(s) purchased and requested timescales. Of course you may also collect from the gallery at no cost.

If you change your mind about a purchase you can request a full refund by contacting us within 7 days of receipt, you then have a further 7 days to return the item.
To return an item please make sure it’s packaged in a way that means it doesn’t get damaged. Take the package to a post office and return to:

Please use a tracking service and retain a proof of purchase receipt for your records.
Once your return is received and the condition checked, we will send you an email to say your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your purchase must be in the same condition that you received it.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed as fast as possible and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds will be given within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Delivery costs will be taken off your refund and you will be responsible for paying the postage costs for returning your item.
In the unusual event that your artwork arrives in a damaged condition you should keep all packaging and artwork as found and notify us as soon as possible and no later than 48hrs to be eligible for a full refund. In most cases photographic evidence is required of any damage in order to process a claim.
To take account of health protection and hygiene considerations it is not possible to return earrings.
